This winter, GLOW is back!
GLOW tickets for all gardens are now on sale. Staff, Garden Club Members and Volunteers will be entitled to free entry to the event as per the guidelines below:
- Staff: Free entry when showing ID pass
- Volunteers: Free entry when showing ID pass plus 1 guest
- Complimentary passes: Can be used as per normal guidelines detailed on the back of the pass but staff member needs to be with group
- Casual Staff: free entry for staff member and two adults or one adult plus two children under 16
- Garden Club Members: Free entry for 2 adults
After 13th December staff & volunteers should book Glow tickets for themselves and their guests using the Member ticket option. Just to note the staff member or volunteer needs to be with the group for this discount to apply.
The dates GLOW will run will be site specific and will be advised by the Head of Site. Further details are also available on the RHS website, under each Garden, click on What’s On.
Please note, from 13th December until the end of Glow, all Staff, Garden Club Members and Volunteers will need to pre-book tickets [via the RHS website] and normal event charges will apply, with the exception of Harlow Carr. Before this date there is no need to book. However, as the 4pm-6pm slots are the busiest for visitors we would appreciate you attending after 6pm.
As in previous years we will also be running a preview event for all staff and volunteers. There is no need to book and you are welcome to bring family members with you. On preview evening only, a 25% discount staff shopping event will also run at each of the RHS retail outlets.
Dates of the staff preview events are:
- Wisley: Thu 23 November 4pm- 7pm (last entry 6pm)
- Hyde Hall : 22 November
More information about the preview evening will be sent round to each site individually.
Staff at Vincent Square or Peterborough can choose their most convenient garden for the preview evening.
